Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding
- Self-Saucing Chocolate Pudding –

This chocolate pudding is SO good! It may look like a
total mess when you put it in the oven, but don’t worry, that's just how it
looks before being baked!
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of milk
1 egg
80g salted butter (melted and cooled)
1 cup flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon of baking powder

For the sauce:
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups of boiling water
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/4 cups of boiling water
Instructions:
1: Preheat oven
2: Combine milk, butter and egg lightly whisk (melt the butter first!)
3: Put cocoa, flour, sugar and baking powder in the bowl and stir till combined
4: Put mixture in a dish that can be used in the oven
5: In a separate bowl, combine cocoa and brown sugar (for the sauce)
6: Sprinkle the cocoa and sugar on top of the mixture
7: Pour boiling water into dish and place in the oven
8: bake for around 35 to 40 minutes
Tip: Tastes best when served hot with berries and cream!
