Butter Icing

My go-to recipe for icing - easy and delicious!

Ingredients:

• 140g butter softened
• 280g icing sugar
• 2 tbsp milk

Method:

1. Put the butter in the bowl and beat until soft. Sieve in the icing sugar. Add the milk.
2. Stir the mixture until creamy and smooth. Spread on your cake or cupcakes and chill to ensure it remains stiff.
